Payment Methods We accept Alipay, UnionPay, and credit card payments, settled in Japanese Yen (JPY). As long as you have a credit card with a VISA or MasterCard logo, you can place an order without registration.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs We cooperate with major international courier companies and use air freight. Delivery takes 5–7 working days for Asia and Oceania, 5–10 working days for the Americas, and 10–15 working days for Europe and other regions.

 

Return and Refund Policy For the safety of our employees and customers, all items sold in our online store are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective. Please place your order carefully.

配送方法と日数 (Shipping Methods and Costs) 当社は大手国際宅配業者と提携し、航空便にて発送いたします。配送にかかる日数は、アジアおよびオセアニア地域で5〜7営業日、南北アメリカ地域で5〜10営業日、ヨーロッパおよびその他の地域で10〜15営業日となります。

 

返品・返金ポリシー (Return and Refund Policy) 従業員およびお客様の安全確保のため、当オンラインストアで販売するすべての商品は、初期不良（欠陥品）を除き、返品および交換は一切お受けできません。ご注文の際は十分にご確認の上、お手続きをお願いいたします。

 

以下の理由による交換・返品はお受けできません：
